If we failed to contact you on your mobile phone and e-mail, the order will be cancelled & a new order should be placed. Ordering Policy Orders should be requested only via the link/orders, the orders mail or phone letters. Payment for the items in the Gallery & Orders When you purchase any item from the gallery, Or order a desired item, We will collect the price cash on delivery. In some cases decided by the administration when the ordered item's price exceeds KD 100. The full amount should be payed in advance & Tahiyati.. undetakes to collect the amount with in 24 hours after placing the order. Payment for cancelled orders If an item is ordered, & is then cancelled or in any case was not completed by the client, He undertakes to pay a value of 5% of the total price & Tahiyati..will collect the amount with in 24 hours. Please note: the prices mentioned in the e-mails are approximated to the maximum possible prices, for that, some remaining amount might be returned to the client or some times, slightly additional cost should be payed before you recieve your shipment.
